ok, well apparently for two people Monk regular wasn't enuff, and they yearned for Monk Lite again. Now that I am have finished with my 500 page manifesto, I have a wee bit of time to work on duo-blogs. . . maybe. We'll see.

Officials in Washington deferred ruling on over-the-counter sales of the "morning-after pill" on Friday after someone tipped them off that it's not actually a pill to cure "too many Jagermeister shots at the office party' the night before.
In science news, the Mars Spirit land rover has finally taken position atop a hill overlooking a vast range of the planet and images are being sent back to researchers. And guess what? It still looks like a whole lot of nothing going on.
In entertainment, Robert Redford and Paul Newman says they may team up for one more movie. The pair, who worked on such classics as The Sting and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, are currently negotiating the script 'You Can Depend On Me', a wacky slapstick farce about two men in a nursing home who compete to see who can go the longest without changing their protective undergarments to the dismay of the staff and other residents. Phyllis Diller is rumored to play the love interest.
In sports, everyone is still making too much money and whining about it.
